The Village of Zephyrhills has a clear vision for our community, as it transforms from a traditional RV/mobile home park to a village of tiny homes. We are redefining park life, offering affordable, permanent housing for retirees and military veterans!
Our goal is to create a safe, secure, and livable senior community – unlike any other in Zephyrhills! The landscape around the property is serene, and it is close to medical facilities, recreational opportunities, and local businesses – making it the perfect place for veterans to retire.
In addition to rents that are affordable for people on a fixed budget, Kong Management Group, the property’s owner, feels that providing a sense of community is also very important. Amenities at The Village are also being enhanced, specifically tailored to the interests and needs of our senior and veteran residents.

Construction Update:
There’s a lack of affordable housing throughout Florida, but The Village of Zephyrhills has been hard at work creating housing opportunities for seniors and military veterans in Zephyrhills. In 2020 alone, we added 18 brand new units to our community!
We’ve also been working with local government agencies, like the Pasco County Housing Authority, to offer safe, sustainable options for veterans. The Village of Zephyrhills accepts government rental assistance, such as Section 8/Housing Choice Vouchers and HUD-Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing (HUD-VASH) vouchers, to keep monthly costs affordable.
Our community is very important to us, and we care for each of our residents. Our vision is for a true village of homes, creating vibrant environment for everyone to enjoy!
